Hidden Lives is about us, our lives and raising awareness about our difficulties...

As people with learning disabilities/ difficulties, we are often treated differently and people don’t understand us. We know that a lot of this comes from ignorance, where people do not understand or know us, and instead sometimes fear us.

We want this to change.

We hope that this website and film will create this vision, and enable society to change the way they treat people with a learning disability – as valued respected and equal members of society who have valuable contributions to offer the world.
